Ik wil Janis enorm bedanken voor het comfort, de betrouwbaarheid en de kwaliteit van het werk! Het contract was van tevoren ingevuld, de auto stond op de afgesproken tijd op me te wachten en was blinkend schoon, het proces van ontvangst en overhandiging van de auto duurde niet meer dan 5 minuten! Janis is altijd aan de telefoon en communiceert goed in het Russisch. De auto is in uitstekende staat - het is merkbaar dat ze er goed voor zorgen, gedurende 1,5 maand waren er absoluut geen problemen. Voorheen huurde ik alleen auto's van grote bedrijven - wachtrijen aan de balie op het vliegveld, communicatie alleen in het Engels en auto's vaak in een "dode" staat - daar was ik klaar voor. Ik ben blij dat ik een ander niveau van service heb ontdekt en vanaf nu zal ik in Cyprus alleen nog maar hier een auto huren. Nogmaals bedankt!!!

Over het algemeen zijn we tevreden. Het enige nadeel was dat we meteen een autostoeltje kregen dat niet gebruikt kon worden, het was niet veilig. Het zat niet vast, de paralon was gescheurd, het viel eraf. We hebben het laten vervangen, maar de nieuwe was helemaal niet gerepareerd.

Er werken zeer beleefde en beschaafde mensen bij dit bedrijf. Ik vond het fijn dat ze de hele auto met mij op video opnamen en me vervolgens de video toestuurden om de staat van de auto vast te stellen. Daarnaast was de auto zelf in uitstekende staat en hetzelfde als op de website. Er waren helemaal geen problemen met de auto. Ik reis regelmatig naar Noord-Cyprus en huur meestal een auto bij lokale bedrijven. Van tijd tot tijd zijn er problemen. Ze proberen te sjoemelen met benzine en de huurkosten, ze geven auto's in slechte staat, een keer sloeg de auto af een paar kilometer na de luchthaven. Maar bij dit bedrijf was alles perfect. Hartelijk dank!

The border between the Republic of Cyprus and the northern (Turkish) part of the island is real, and not every supplier allows you to cross it in their car. Most companies forbid the trip outright: insurance taken out on the southern side does not work in the north. A few suppliers on Cyprus do allow the crossing, but it always needs to be agreed before booking, when picking the car. At the Agios Dometios (Metehan) checkpoint near Nicosia, you buy a separate Turkish third-party policy at the kiosk — it is cheap, but you will not be allowed in without it. It happens that a renter books with a supplier who does not allow Northern Cyprus, and ends up turned back at the border. Crossing rules need confirming before you sign the contract — not the day before the trip.

Most European licences need no IDP
EU, EFTA, UK and Swiss licences are accepted on the plastic card alone — no International Driving Permit required. Licences from outside this group are accepted as long as they include Latin script. An IDP is needed only if your card is in a non-Latin alphabet, like Arabic, Chinese or Japanese.
